These terms apply to online orders from Motijheel Cramlington. The ordering platform is provided by Voipos Ltd.

Orders are accepted subject to availability, opening hours, delivery area, minimum order requirements, fees, and the final price shown at checkout. An order is not accepted until the restaurant confirms it. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and must be reachable if there is a problem with the order.

We may decline an order. An order placed through this website is an offer to buy. It is only accepted when we confirm it, and until then there is no contract between us. We may decline an order for any legitimate reason - for example if the kitchen is at capacity, the delivery address is outside our delivery area, an item has sold out, we cannot safely cater for an allergy or intolerance, or we believe the order is fraudulent, abusive or was placed by mistake. We do not refuse orders on the grounds of race, religion or belief, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, or pregnancy or maternity.

Refunds if we decline an order, or if you cancel one. If we decline an order you have already paid for online, we refund the full amount charged for that order to the same payment method. Refunds are issued promptly; how long one takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. If you need to cancel an order you have already paid for, contact us as soon as possible - if we have not started preparing it we will normally cancel it and refund it in full, but once preparation has started freshly prepared food cannot be resold, so we may not be able to refund it. This does not affect your rights where the food is not as described, is not of satisfactory quality, or is not fit for purpose.

Food-allergy information is available on the website, but recipes and ingredients can change and the kitchen handles multiple allergens. Customers with an allergy or intolerance must contact the restaurant before ordering.

For order problems, cancellations, refunds, or complaints, contact Motijheel Cramlington . Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Allergy & Dietary Information

Important: Our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, shellfish, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, and sulphites. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation areas.

The allergen and dietary information displayed on our menu may not be 100% accurate for every dish. Recipes and ingredients can change without notice.

⚠️ If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or specific dietary requirement, you must contact us directly by phone at before placing your order. We will do our best to advise you, but the final decision to order is at your own risk.

Voucher & Coupon Code Policy

• Vouchers and coupon codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
• Only one voucher code can be applied per order.
• Each code is valid until its stated expiry date and time. Expired codes cannot be used or extended.
• If a voucher is worth more than your order total, only the order amount is reduced — no cash refund or credit is given for the unused value.
• Charge-override vouchers only apply to the specific charge they were issued for (for example, a delivery-charge voucher cannot be used against a collection order).
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless we state otherwise.
• Vouchers are only valid on this online ordering website.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse any voucher at any time, including where we believe a code is being misused or obtained fraudulently.
• Our decision on the validity and application of any voucher is final.

Gift Voucher Policy

Use. Gift vouchers purchased through this website are issued by Motijheel Cramlington and may be used towards food and drink ordered from us.

No cash value. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, and no cash refund or change will be given for any unused value.

Non-refundable. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Validity. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Promotions. Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless we state otherwise.

Secure Payments

Orders placed here are paid for in cash when you collect or when we deliver. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Saved addresses and push-notification registrations are removed straight away. Order totals, items, payment status and timestamps that we are required to keep for tax, accounting, fraud, dispute or legal reasons may be retained in restricted form without your identity.
